Create A Fund
Your fund includes a web page that you can personalize with photos and stories, send emails, and tools to track the progress in the Champion Center. The web page provides the opportunity for others to make an online donation on behalf of the honoree.
- Create a Memorial Fund - In memory of a loved one who has passed.
- Create an Honorary Fund - To honor a loved one, recognizing an accomplishment, a milestone, or just to say thank you.
- Mail In Payment- Please make sure to write the person's name you are honoring on your check. If you would like acknowledgement letters sent please include that person's name and address.
